This Lunar New Year, Hotel ICON is offering a variety of “lucky” dishes available from 6 to 22 February 2016. From delectable braised oyster with conpoy and black moss to tasty snacks such as turnip pudding, this will be the perfect opportunity for family, friends and couples to spend some quality time together.

HONG KONG, 2016-1-14 — /Travel PR News/ — On the 2nd day of the Lunar New Year, 9 February 2016, come and enjoy the spectacular firework display with a tantalizing Chinese dinner at Above & Beyond which is located on the top of the hotel. 8-course set dinner is priced at HK$1,488 plus 10% service charge per person, the menu includes a glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV.

If you wish to enjoy the fireworks outdoors, book the Champagne Party on Level 9 pool deck with live DJ entertainment plus free flowing champagne, house red / white wine and soft drink. A Chinese New Year feast is never complete without pudding, this year, Hotel ICON Executive Chef Philip Leung has handpicked the greatest ingredients and handcrafted 3 flavours of puddings pairing with tailor-made XO Sauce or Coconut Cream, which will surely delight your taste buds.

The Brown Sugar New Year Pudding, priced at HK$198 is a delicate choice for those with a sweet tooth. In addition to the sticky and sweet one, Chef Philip also crafted two savory traditions, Turnip Pudding with Yunnan Ham and Preserved Meat (HK$228) and Taro Pudding with Preserved Meat and Conpoy (HK$228). Deluxe gift set is also available with two pieces of pudding served with two jars of tailor-made XO Sauce or Coconut Cream, priced at HK$428 for one set.
