From 10th to 12th of September seven Talent from W Maldives will compete in the 10th edition of the Hotel Asia International Culinary Challenge. Each Talent selected by Nikolaj Retpen will challenge themselves against other Chef’s from other International Resorts. W Maldives Talent will participate in 6 categories; Creative Salads, Fruit & Vegetable Carving, Hot Appetizers, Hot Cooking, Dessert and finally Dress the Cake.
