Ukraine International introduces full ticket refund guarantee in case of visa refusal

Kyiv, Ukraine, 2015-2-18 — /Travel PR News/ — To minimize financial losses that passengers might suffer, Ukraine International informs on introducing full ticket refund guarantee in case of visa refusal.

Full refund applies for fares originating Ukraine and is subject to the following conditions:

• Refund request is submitted no later than 3 days prior to scheduled departure;
• Visa refusal country matches fare destination point or stop-over/transfer point;
• Official visa refusal confirmation is provided.

UIA accepts both official letters issued by embassies and consulates, as well as unclassified visa stamp in the passport.

In case of visa refusal a passenger should contact the ticket issuer, apply for the refund, provide a copy of official visa refusal confirmation, and get full ticket refund. The ticket issuance fee is non-refundable.
