Tirana, Albania, 2019-Jun-20 — /Travel PR News/ — On Sunday 16 June 2019, Tirana International Airport (TIA) held a ceremony to inaugurate a new route from the Albanian capital, Tirana, to Stansted, London.
The new service will be operated by Albawings with three weekly flights, on Tuesdays, Thursday and Sundays.
“We warmly welcome these new flights that bring Albanians living abroad closer to their families. We appreciate our collaboration with Albawings and are delighted to see that the company has expanded its services at Tirana International Airport,” said the Chief Executive Officer of TIA, Dr Rolf Castro-Vasquez.
London Stansted Airport is an international airport located at Stansted, 42 miles north-east of central London, and easily accessible by road and rail.
Stansted Airport serves 200 destinations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
