This bespoke wedding offering presents an unparalleled culinary journey specially crafted and presented by one of the world’s top chefs.

While food trends may be ever-changing, there is one element that persists over time – food is an experience. “Together with Four Seasons, we wanted to bring the ultimate wedding culinary experience to Palm Beach for couples who share a love of food,” says chef Colagreco. “A wedding is one of the most important days in your life so it should be celebrated with family, friends and only the best dinner and drinks. In collaboration with the Resort’s wedding specialists, couples will uniquely customise their wedding day menu with the expertise of Chef Colagreco for award-winning cuisine that guests will never forget. As a chef without borders, menus are inspired by Chef Colagreco’s multicultural background and international vision along with the unique personalities and stories of each couple.

Ongoing consultation leading up to the wedding day and a private tasting experience will refine menu selections while a wine pairing session with the Resort Sommelier will expertly match dishes with wine varietals. Florie’s mixologists will craft a garden-inspired signature cocktail, and a custom wedding cake and sweet confections will be designed by the Resort’s masterful pastry team. During the wedding celebration, couples will meet the man behind the Michelin stars, take photos and receive an autographed memento of the wedding menu signed by Chef Colagreco.
