This Movember First York staff to grow moustaches in support of national charity, Prostate Cancer UK

Aberdeen, Scotland, 2016-Nov-01 — /Travel PR News/ — This month, staff from bus operator, First York, will be growing moustaches in the name of Movember, and to show the business’ support, and to encourage customers to get behind the charity, 50 buses will feature unique “bus-taches”.

With thousands of “Mo Bros” and “Mo Sistas” expected to take part in Movember, First York is asking staff and customers to be brave and don’t shave, to support its national charity, Prostate Cancer UK. The bus company will also be awarding free bus travel to any customers that don a “Movember” style moustache on 30th November.

Marc Bichtemann, Managing Director at First York, comments: “Every year 10,000 men die of prostate cancer and with a large proportion of our employees being male, it’s important that we help in any way we can. We want to encourage more people to get involved with this month’s Movember fundraising, and therefore decided to add “bus-taches” to 50 of our vehicles across York. We will also be offering free travel to anyone that has a Movember style moustache on 30th November – so we hope this will encourage York customers to get behind this worthy cause.”
