MADRID, Spain, 2016-Nov-04 — /Travel PR News/ — Passengers flying with Iberia this month will be the first to experience the new-look Ronda magazine, which launches onboard flights to over 125 destinations. Published by Cedar, the revitalised title has been redesigned to bring original travel inspiration and fresh ideas to the Spanish flag carrier’s contemporary travel community, reaching over 1.9 million passengers a month.
The new design brings a clean, modern feel to the title; with full bleed imagery, street photography and portraiture to offer readers an insider perspective on Iberia’s destinations. The launch issue showcases a special guide to London, along with features taking the reader on a journey to the tea plantations of China, through the underground art galleries of Naples, into the heartland of hipster Bilbao, and high above the clouds in Salta, Argentina.
Launched in conjunction with the new design, brand new Japanese and Mandarin language versions of the titles will be available on the Tokyo and Shanghai routes, with content specifically tailored to their audiences.
Editor of Ronda Jesus Huarte said, ‘Travel is changing and so is Ronda. The entire magazine has been designed to encourage a dialogue with Iberia’s customers, bringing a new take on classic destinations while entertaining customers with a friendly and fresh tone. We know readers will love it.’
Juan Cierco, Iberia’s Director of Communications and Institutional Relations said, ‘We want Ronda to reflect Iberia´s values: talent, drive, affinity. With the new-look Ronda, we translate our will to travel, see the world and experience it in first person to our customers.’
The new issue of Ronda magazine is available now on all Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum flights to and from Spain.
