The Iberia Group again the world’s most punctual in February according to the latest report by Flightstats

• In February, the Spanish air group led Flightstats ranking with a 92.33% punctuality rate.
• Iberia Express was world’s most punctual low-cost carrier with a 97.37% punctuality score
• In six out of the last nine months, the Iberia Group was on the top of this ranking

MADRID, 2015-3-10 — /Travel PR News/ — The Iberia Group again was the world’s most punctual in February according to the latest report by Flightstats. In six out of the last nine months, Iberia and Iberia Express led this ranking, which shows the efficiency of the operations of both airlines.

In February, the Iberia Group operated 13,010 flights with a punctuality score of 92.33%

97.37% of the 1,982 flights operated by Iberia Express arrived on time. That means an increase of its punctuality rate by 1 point compared to January 2015, being again world’s most punctual low-cost airline.

The punctuality results reflect Iberia Group renewed commitment to giving its customers the best travel experience through every possible means, in this instance via the redesign of its flying schedules and the re-organisation and streamlining of pre-flight procedures.
