The Association of Golf Merchandisers Recognizes Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas with Inaugural Platinum Award for Outstanding Golf Shop

Dallas, U.S.A. – 2013-02-13 — /travelprnews.com/ — The Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) announced the winners of their inaugural Platinum Awards, recognizing premier golf shops from the private, public, resort and off-course sectors. Tower IV Sports Boutique at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas was among a prestigious group honoured with a Platinum Award for excellence in 2012.

“The Platinum Awards continues the tradition of Golf World’s 100 Best Golf Shops and the AGM’s Front Nine Awards by combining the two programs,” said Desane Blaney, AGM Executive Director. “We received a number of outstanding entries and the competition was very close this year.”

To be considered for a Platinum Award, golf shops submitted an entry to the AGM that was judged on creative ideas, revenue-generating initiatives, promotions and visual displays.

“We are honoured to be a part of the inaugural Platinum Awards list,” says Director of Golf Paul Earnest. “Since its inception, we have valued the Association of Golf Merchandisers Awards as something extra special, as it is viewed by the people within the industry. To be recognized in this manner is rewarding for our golf program and our entire Resort and Club.”
