Sofia, Bulgaria, 2013-10-07 — /travelprnews.com/ — Sofia Airport has become a part of the rhythm and good vibrations through the 6th edition of the international festival of contemporary dance – Sofia Dance Week.
As of today till 11th of October, everyone who wants to test her or his dance skills or make first steps in the choreography of contemporary dance will be able to do so on the territory of Terminal 2 – public area, where the Dance, Dance Revolution dance machine has been installed. Every day, from 10:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., the team of Sofia Dance Week will be ready to demonstrate the functionality of the facility and will encourage those who are willing to experiment with music and movement.
Along with “Reading room at Sofia Airport” (a previous art project which took place at the Sofia Airport earlier this year within Sofia Design Week) with Dance, Dance Revolution Sofia Dance Week, the organizers – “Edno Magazine” Ltd., and the management of Bulgaria’s largest international airport intend to provide both positive emotions and good mood to passengers, visitors and guests at the airport.
Sofia Dance Week is taking place in the capital city between October the 5th and 19th, the festival programme including performances from Europe, Asia and America demonstrating the differences and diversity of dance ideas in the otherwise globalized world. The festival is part of the cultural calendar of Sofia Municipality and supports the candidature of Sofia for “European Capital of Culture 2019”.
