Thailand Launches Grand Aquarium Yoga at Sea Life Bangkok, A Unique Underwater Wellness Experience

This innovative activity is the centerpiece of TAT’s flagship wellness campaign, Grand Wellness Moment, which is part of the larger Fresh Your Feel, Heal Your Soul initiative.

The program is designed to blend Thailand’s growing wellness tourism sector with unique, health-focused travel experiences. By combining the calming effects of yoga with the serene ambiance of an underwater world, Grand Aquarium Yoga provides an immersive, tranquil experience for participants.

Mr. Apichai Chatchalermkit, TAT’s Deputy Governor for the Domestic Market, emphasized the campaign’s mission: “Fresh Your Feel, Heal Your Soul goes beyond traditional leisure tourism by embracing self-care in all its forms. The launch event for Grand Aquarium Yoga took place at Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World, located at Siam Paragon, where Mr. Apichai was joined by Ms. Wannapha Kiatphongsa, TAT Regional Director for Central Thailand, and representatives from various partners such as Siam Piwat Co., Ltd., Fitness First, KTC Credit Card, UP AND UNDER Activewear, Hooray! Protein Drinks, and FIJI Water.

The Grand Aquarium Yoga experience is held early in the morning before the aquarium opens to the public. It offers participants the opportunity to practice mindful movements and breathing surrounded by the colorful marine life of Sea Life Bangkok, creating a tranquil atmosphere that enhances both physical and mental well-being.

Sessions are available on select dates: 16 and 30 June, 14 and 28 July, and 11 and 25 August. Each session runs from 07:00 to 09:30 hrs and is priced at 990 Baht per person. Tickets are available starting from 1 June 2025 through the website www.visitsealife.com/bangkok.
