Thai food lovers: Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai’s Chef Anchalee Luadkham to visit Four Seasons Hotel Amman March 13 – March 22, 2014

Amman, Jordan, 2014-2-20 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel Amman welcomes Chef Anchalee Luadkham of Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai who will be visiting Amman from March 13 – March 22, 2014 to introduce Hotel guests and diners to the unique flavours of her home-made Northern Thai recipes, along with Asia’s resident Thai Chefs Nakorn Bududon and Teerpat Kaewphirom.

Khalid Bseiso, food and beverage director at Four Seasons Hotel Amman, says, “We are happy to welcome Chef Anchalee who will be a guest chef at Four Seasons Hotel Amman for 10 days only. All Hotel guests and diners will have the unique opportunity to experience Chef Anchalee’s Northern Thai favourites and specialties for dinner at Asia, and for Friday brunch at Olea.”

Chef Anchalee is the Sous Chef at Sala Mae Rim at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, renowned for its sumptuous Thai cuisine, including exotic specialties from the North of Thailand. Chef Anchalee’s inspiration is derived from her family, and she cooks from experience handed down through generations of chefs.  What’s more, she was a Cooking Instructor at the Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School and a Cooking School Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Culinary Academy in Chiang Mai. With her specialized cooking expertise, Chef Anchalee will be providing interactive private cooking classes for Hotel guests and diners to witness the creation of her Thai cuisine firsthand.

Don’t miss the opportunity to try Chef Anchalee’s kaow soi gai, a typical Chiang Mai dish of noodles in a rich, creamy chicken curry soup, topped off with crispy noodles for added texture.

Asia is located on the upper lobby level of Four Seasonss Hotel Amman, and sets a new standard of quality and excellence as the Kingdom’s only specialized Thai restaurant.
