Lisbon, Portugal, 2022-Feb-16 — /Travel PR News/ — TAP launches today (14/02/22) the new Funchal – Lisbon Air Shuttle service, which already offers five daily flights in each direction, rising to seven flights a day from 28 March.
With the new Funchal-Lisbon Air Shuttle, TAP is creating a new product that offers customers more frequent flights, greater flexibility in changing bookings on the same day and greater comfort, highlighting in this regard the access of Air Shuttle passengers to the fast track at Lisbon airport – an exclusive channel for accessing security control, which is quicker and more convenient – as well as the possibility of checking in up to 45 minutes before the departure of their flight.
To mark the launch of the Funchal – Lisbon Air Shuttle, TAP is offering roundtrip flights on this route for €59, for sales between 17 and 23 February and journeys to be made between 1 March and 30 June.
The current timetables will remain unchanged until 28 March. As of March 28, with the increase in the frequency of flights between Funchal and Lisbon from five to seven daily flights in each direction, TAP will offer its customers the following timetables:
Flights departing Funchal at 05:15, 06:05, 09:50, 12:35, 16:00, 19:25 and 22:25.
Flights departing Lisbon at 07:15, 10:00, 13:25, 16:50, 19:50, 22:10 and 23:25.
With this expanded offer of flights, TAP meets the air transport needs of Madeirans and allows for optimized connections at the Lisbon hub to flights to and from other destinations in the TAP network, thereby also boosting tourist demand for Madeira.
