Steigenberger wins “Germany’s Top Employer” award for the fifth time in a row

Frankfurt am Main, 2014-3-7 — /Travel PR News/ — The Steigenberger Hotel Group has won a “Germany’s Top Employer” award, a prize organised by the CRF Institute in Düsseldorf, for the fifth time in a row. Certification this year once more focused on the criteria of corporate culture management, training and development, primary benefits, secondary benefits, work-life balance and career opportunities.

As in the previous year, Steigenberger impressed with its holistic approach in human resources strategy, which concentrates on pursuing further staff development and on securing employee loyalty with the support of group-wide measures, processes and training programmes.

“As a reliable employer, we give the highest priority to our social responsibility. Offering our staff a diverse range of further opportunities to develop and evolve is something which is very close to our hearts and an ongoing objective”, said Roberto Rojas, Head of Group HR at the Frankfurt-based Steigenberger Hotels AG.

This is also the first time that the group has won an award for its communication channels, which have enjoyed greater use since the launch of its new employer branding in the autumn.

The Steigenberger Hotel Group was one of 125 companies to receive the independent certificate.
