This new, stylish addition draws inspiration from Italy’s la dolce vita, offering an immersive culinary experience designed to elevate both the aesthetic and dining enjoyment of guests.

As part of a global partnership between St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and Ginori 1735, this luxurious new space offers breathtaking views of the Dubai Canal and serves as an invitation to indulge in the art of fine dining. The Ginori Terrace infuses creativity and Italian charm, featuring exclusive elements from Ginori 1735’s Domus home décor collection. From intricately designed wallpaper to embroidered fabric details on cushions and chairs, every touch in the space reflects the commitment to merging luxury with expert craftsmanship.

A standout feature of the Ginori Terrace is its carefully curated menu, developed by the culinary experts at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. Featuring Italian-inspired dishes such as Tiger Prawns Carciofo, Truffle and Fontina Leek Tart, Crab Ravioli, and Amalfi Lemon Pavlova, the menu brings the essence of Italy to Dubai, complemented by Ginori 1735’s fine porcelain pieces such as the Oriente Italiano, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Labirinto collections. Additionally, the restaurant will serve the St. Regis’ signature Afternoon Tea, presented on the renowned Ginori porcelain.

In celebration of the launch, the hotel hosted an exclusive event, ‘Aperitivo in Dubai,’ on 29 January 2025. Guests enjoyed vibrant antipasti, handcrafted cocktails infused with Italian botanicals, and the soul-soothing tunes of live Italian musicians, offering a true taste of Italy’s elegance and charm.

To commemorate this partnership, a bespoke Ginori 1735 coaster set was created exclusively for St. Regis. The four-piece set, inspired by the glamour and style of both brands, offers guests a lasting memento of their experience, especially the signature Bloody Mary cocktail – a hallmark of the St. Regis brand. The St. Regis and Ginori 1735 collaboration, which began with an exclusive design takeover at The St. Regis Venice, continues to flourish with plans for future global openings, including a Café Ginori at The St. Regis Florence and The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi in Spring 2025.
