2013-04-12 — /travelprnews.com/ —  Please be informed that Skybus have this morning closed Lands End Airport and will be transferring all flights to and from the Isles of Scilly to Newquay Cornwall Airport until Monday 15th April 2013 inclusive.

This decision follows periods of prolonged heavy rain and takes into account the weather warnings for the coming weekend that will continue to impact upon on airfield operations at Land’s End Airport.

It is anticipated that Skybus flights will resume from Land’s End Airport on the morning of Tuesday 16th April 2013.

All passengers are being notified about the revised schedules and anyone planning to travel during this time can contact Skybus on 0845 710 5555.
