SITA named Service Provider of the Year at the 2018 Air Transport Industry Awards

DUBAI, UAE, 2018-Mar-30 — /Travel PR News/ — SITA has been named Service Provider of the Year in the prestigious annual Air Transport Industry Awards held in Dubai. The winners are voted for by the readers of Air Transport News and a jury of international aviation experts, chaired by Henrik Hololei, Director-General for Mobility and Transport at the European Commission.

The Service Provider of the Year award was given to SITA in recognition of its role in providing IT and communication solutions globally to the air transport industry. SITA’s unique role as the community provider – being owned by the industry – means it has an unprecedented understanding of the industry’s requirements, combined with dedicated teams around the world which deliver services needed to keep people flying.
