Nzovu Rundu Luxury Camp by Shearzone Safaris
Lusaka, Zambia, 2026-Apr-07 — /Travel PR News/ — Proudly Zambian owned, Lusaka based Shearzone Safaris has appointed both Ailsa Tavares and her team at Travel Promoters as its UK based Sales & Marketing Representative, and Claire Roadley from Umlingo Travel PR to raise their international profile.
This comes as Shearzone Safaris prepares to launch its second property in June 2026, Nzovu Rundu Luxury Camp in the Lower Zambezi, following the success of Mozhi Bush Camp in Zambia’s Kafue National Park.
Nzovu Rundu Luxury Camp is due to launch on 1 June 2026 in the Lower Zambezi, overlooking the tranquil Nkalange Channel on the mighty Zambezi River, where guests can expect exceptional wildlife sightings. The name pays homage to the elephants that roam this area, as well as the striking escarpment that forms the lodge’s dramatic backdrop.
The new camp will feature 10 chalets, including 8 luxury suites and 2 spacious family units. Each unit will boast a private plunge pool, air-conditioning, and outdoor showers, blending comfort with the natural beauty of the landscape.
A diverse selection of activities will be on offer, including game drives, canoeing on the Zambezi and boat cruises. There will also be a luxury spa and an impressive wine cellar, ensuring that both adventure and relaxation are at the heart of the guest experience.
Shearzone Safaris is committed to showcasing Zambia’s rich natural beauty whilst offering world-class hospitality that reflects the spirit and magnificence of the region.
Shearzone is also proud to operate its private fleet of Cessna aircraft, providing reliable charter services across Zambia, beyond just connecting its own camps seamlessly.
Looking forwards, Shearzone will also be launching Achikunda Luxury Camp in 2027 and Old Njati Luxury Camp in 2028.
“Our name Shearzone was inspired by the geological forces of Mother Nature, shifting, transforming the land over time to create character, strength and resilience. It’s an ethos we live and breathe as we grow our safari business. We are proud to be represented by Ailsa and her mighty team at Travel Promoters and Claire Roadley at Umlingo at this pivotal time in our business, where we are expanding our footprint across Zambia with three new camps over the next two years.” confirmed Shearzone CEO, Tolayi Sikumba.”
Shearzone Safaris is committed to sustainable, responsible tourism and is a proud supporter of the Bushbaby Foundation — a transformative organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities across Zambia.
