This rebranding effort reflects SFO’s commitment to modernization and enhancing passenger experience while honoring the city’s rich history and innovative spirit.

Ivar C. Satero, Airport Director, expressed enthusiasm for the new brand: “We are excited to introduce our new brand and logo, which reflects the exciting changes happening at SFO. Much like our old logo marked a period of time in the early 21st century, the new logo shows our commitment to deliver an airport experience where people and our planet come first.”

The new logo features a dynamic design with elements representing SFO’s legacy and future aspirations:
The primary color, SFO Golden Hour Blue, transitions from a historical homage to a vibrant and brighter blue, encapsulating the airport’s vision: Inspiring the Extraordinary and mission: Delivering an airport experience where people and our planet come first.
