SFO seeks proposals for Marketing Communications Services

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, 2022-Jan-14 — /Travel PR News/ — The San Francisco International Airport (SFO) has commenced the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for Marketing Communications Services. The term is three years, with 2 two-year options to extend.

SFO is seeking qualified suppliers to provide proposals for the implementation of SFO’s Marketing and Communications Plan, including:

  1. Marketing Communications Services
  2. Web Design, Drupal Programming, Optimization, Analytics and Application Development
  3. Media Relations
  4. Internal Communications Services

Within Marketing Communications Services, SFO is seeking Proposers with strong experience and expertise in the key areas of:

  • Consumer marketing
  • Retail concessions
  • Services & amenities marketing
  • Business to business marketing
  • Multimedia creative development production and distribution
  • Social media marketing
  • Media placement

Within Digital Development the Airport is seeking Proposers with strong experience and expertise in the key areas of:

  • Web design
  • Drupal programming
  • API/SDK integrations, optimization, and analytics
  • Application (App) development
  • Cyber security
  • Mobile-first design
  • Delivering an exceptional digital customer experience

An Information Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on:

Attendance for the Pre-Proposal conference is optional but recommended.  Proposers are encouraged to attend the conference.
