Jakarta, Indonesia, 2014-2-10 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta presents Wednesday Night Seafood Galore, offering a selection of exquisite fresh seafood accompanied by free flow of draught Bintang beer at Seasons Café. Executive Sous Chef Tommy Zhu and team have prepared fresh fish, crab, clam, blue mussel, prawn and oyster complemented with selections of tasty Thai chili sauce, wasabi mayo, vinaigrette and tomato salsa for guests to enjoy. Wednesday Night Seafood Galore is available every Wednesday for dinner buffet only at IDR 348,000 per person including free flow of draught Bintang beer.

Situated on the lobby level of Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, Seasons Café is the Hotel’s main dining restaurant with an ideal setting for business meetings or family gatherings. Set with beautiful decorations overlooking the pool, Seasons Café offers not only Indonesian cuisines but also Asian, international favourites and home style choices; the perfect place for the culinary and cultural journey. At Seasons Café, the finest regional ingredients are used to create distinctive cuisine, with local favourites playing a leading role. Seasons Café hosts a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, and à la carte dining – which includes a selection of salads, sandwiches, pastas, grilled meats and fish and local specialties – is also available.

Every Sunday, guests can enjoy one of the most lavish Sunday Brunch spreads in the city with a wide-range of favourites dishes, from slow-roasted prime ribs, prawns, fresh oysters, salmon en croute, sushi sashimi, peking duck, raclette cheese and foie gras stations to an endless variety of appetizers and mouth-watering desserts complemented with free flow sparkling and premium wines. The all-time favourite program for families are the Junior Chefs Club where children are dressed in chef’s hats and aprons and enjoy lots of fun activities such as cupcakes and cakes decoration and also doughnut or pizza making while parents enjoy the Brunch.

Seasons Café opens daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner and every Sunday from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm for the Sunday Brunch. Price range starts from IDR 250,000 per person for lunch buffet and IDR 280,000 per person for dinner buffet. Sunday brunch is available at IDR 588,000 per person including of free flow alcoholic beverages, IDR 408,000 per person including of free flow non-alcoholic beverages and kids brunch is available at IDR 205,000 per child.
