Schlitterbahn’s attractions receive three of the five Best Waterpark ride distinctions

Schlitterbahn New Braunfels is also honored with three of the top-five rated attraction distinctions including the Master Blaster, voted as the #2 World’s Best Waterpark Ride, The Falls, voted as the #3 World’s Best Waterpark Ride and the Congo River Expedition, voted as the #4 World’s Best Waterpark Ride.

Nicknamed the “Academy Awards of the Amusement Park Industry,” the Golden Ticket Awards are presented annually by Amusement Today, an international industry magazine based in Arlington, Texas. The winners are determined by the results of a worldwide survey conducted among hundreds of well-traveled enthusiasts and amusement park aficionados.
