SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, 2018-Oct-29 — /Travel PR News/ — San Francisco International Airport has commenced the Request for Bids (RFB) process for the Domestic Parking Garage Food Truck Lease, and invites you to attend the Informational Conference scheduled for Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. PST at the SFO Business Center, 575 N. McDonnell Road, Third Floor, Finance Department Conference Room, at San Francisco International Airport. This is a time when staff will discuss desired concept, minimum qualification requirements, address any questions relating to the Lease and receive comments from participants. Small, local and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
The Lease term is two years with two (2) one-year options to extend, exercisable at the Airport Commission’s discretion. The Minimum Acceptable Bid Amount for this Lease is $35,000.00, which will be the successful Proposer’s minimum rent for the first year of the Lease. Annual Rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee or 10% of Gross Revenues.
