DUBLIN, IRELAND, 2016-Sep-20 — /Travel PR News/ — Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (19 Sep) launched an improved ‘Rate My Flight’ service which is now available in 7 languages, allowing customers to provide real time reviews of their Ryanair flight via the Ryanair mobile app, from the moment they land.

Ryanair’s ‘Rate My Flight’ function offers customers the chance to rate their overall experience, boarding, crew friendliness, service onboard and range of food and drink, on a 5-star rating system, ranging from 1 star for very poor, to 5 stars for very good.

Over 8,000 UK and Irish customers used ‘Rate My Flight’ during the months of June and July, with 89% of surveyed customers happy with their overall flight experience. The service is now available in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish, via the Ryanair app, which can be downloaded from the iTunes and Google Play stores.

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:

“Rate My Flight is the latest digital initiative launched under year 3 of our “Always Getting Better” customer experience improvement programme, which allows customers to provide real-time reviews of their flights via the Ryanair app. We welcome all customer feedback so that we can continue to improve all aspects of the Ryanair customer experience. Customers who want to rate their flight should download the Ryanair app, allow for push notifications, and will be sent the survey through the app upon landing.”
