Vancouver, BC, Canada, 2017-Oct-26 — /Travel PR News/ — This holiday season, Rosewood Hotel Georgia, Vancouver’s landmark luxury hotel, will feature its second annual Winter Pop-Up at Reflections: The Garden Terrace. Transforming from an idyllic warm-weather al fresco lounge into festive winter terrace just in time for the holiday season, the Winter Pop-Up will give hotel guests and locals alike the opportunity to enjoy Reflections during the cold-weather months. Set to open on November 16th, the winter terrace will feature a warm and cozy environment, enchanting holiday décor and a holiday-inspired menu. Surrounded by twinkling trees, posies of mistletoe and over-sized candles, it will impossible not to be in the holiday spirit when visiting the Winter Pop-Up at Reflections.
“We wanted to build on the success of Reflections: The Garden Terrace by continuing our Winter Pop-Up and create another festive tradition for Vancouver. The Winter Pop-Up is the perfect place for guests to relax and take time to appreciate the holiday season,” said Philip Meyer, managing director of Rosewood Hotel Georgia. “We invite everyone to celebrate with friends at this magical winter wonderland.”
Created by Executive Head Chef Harold Lemos, the winter terrace menu will include Reflections: The Garden Terrace’s classic sharing dishes from the signature Cheese Fondue, Turkey & Sage Sausage Rolls and Profiteroles to the new additions of Braised Shortrib “Poutine”, Spiced BBQ Pork Tacos, Oyama Chorizo Mustard Bowl & Chocolate & Banana Bread Pudding. The patio will also serve festive cocktails created by the hotel’s award-winning bartenders including Scrooged Up and Winter Daisy. Additionally, guests will also find winter classics such as mulled wine, hot toddies, and an extensive range of whiskies & wines.
Reflections: The Garden Terrace is located within the inner courtyard of the hotel’s fourth floor and will be open from November 16th until December 31st , from 3:30 until 10:30 p.m. daily.
