Guests will begin with kymoto oysters, adorned with cucumber noodles and a caviar crema. The next course brings the pleasure of sinking one’s fork into a warm fallen porcini soufflé. Guests can progress into savouring tagliatelle pasta with duck confit, woods ear mushrooms, rosemary, and duck sugo. Finally, whether one is destined for dessert or fixated upon a celebratory drink, this five-course seating, priced at USD 135.00, offers complimentary tickets to Windows Lounge.
