Executive Chef Benat Alonso and his team welcome the celebrations with a curated, exquisite six-course menu sourcing the best of seasonal produce that blends the best from land and sea, including signature items such as wagyu short loin meatballs with fried eggplant in garlic coriander salad, selection of dim sum, enjoy a lychee sorbet in between courses, king prawns king poh-style with cashew nuts with garlic fried rice, steamed chicken roasted in citrus, ginger and red dates, and for dessert enjoy a special prepared egg tart with Chinese almond cookies.
