REASONS FOR THANKS AT ZOO ATLANTA

WHO: Looking for reasons for thanks this holiday season? Start with 216 mammals, 607 birds, 350 reptiles, 106 amphibians, 41 invertebrates, and a gorgeous late fall forecast. The gates are wide open Thanksgiving weekend – even for a very special guest not known to use traditional entry points.

WHAT: Santa makes his annual first stop in the home of animals from around the world at Cookies with Santa on Saturday, November 24. Bring the little ones for a personal visit and professional photo, and kick off the season with cookies, hot chocolate, costume characters, festive crafts and family holiday cheer.

Advance reservations to Cookies with Santa are $10 for Zoo Atlanta Members; $15 for non-Members. Online ticket sales end Friday, November 23 at 11 p.m. on www.zooatlanta.org. Tickets may be purchased on the day of the event at $13 for Members; $18 for non-Members

Tickets do not include general admission; non-Members must purchase general admission to attend. Tickets are required for all attendees, including children under 3.
