The country has been identified as a crucial area for growth, and these new developments aim to enhance the Group’s portfolio while offering unparalleled experiences for both business and leisure travelers.
A notable addition is the signing of Radisson RED Bucharest Old Town, marking the brand’s debut in Romania. The project involves the transformation of a 1940s office building, once home to the Institute of Hydroelectric Studies. Further expanding Radisson’s offerings, the upcoming Radisson Blu Resort & Residences in Mamaia is set to open in 2028, providing an elevated luxury experience on Romania’s Black Sea coast. The project will feature 234 hotel rooms and 102 branded residences, each offering panoramic sea views. The resort will also boast a grand ballroom, meeting spaces, and a 500m² spa and fitness center. Presidential Suites and spacious duplex apartments will ensure a luxurious and personalized stay for every guest.
The Radisson Lagoon Hotel Bucharest, located within the city’s Central District Lagoon City, is another highly anticipated addition to the Group’s portfolio.
