OMAHA, NEB., 2016-Apr-18 — /Travel PR News/ — Feedback from more than 170,000 travelers reveals that Omaha’s Eppley Airfield is number one in passenger satisfaction for medium-sized airports.
“The beauty of Omaha’s airport is that the passenger comes first,” said Keith Backsen, Executive Director of the Omaha Convention and Visitors Bureau. “The airport is a breeze to navigate, which means travelers have more time to enjoy themselves and the city.”
The information was collected by AirportXP, a mobile platform that allows travelers to share their experiences in real-time. Omaha’s Airport received a 90% satisfaction rating, the highest among medium-sized airports as classified by the Federal Aviation Administration.
According to Phoenix Marketing International, the platform creator, the rankings were based on feedback from more than 170,000 passenger responses from November 2015 through February 2016.
