Before joining Millennium Hilton Bangkok, Richter worked extensively around the world, gaining experience in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean and Japan. He joined Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2010, as director of operations at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk.
