MGallery launches an exclusive collection of travel accessories developed by Ines de la Fressange

GENEVA, Switzerland, 2018-Jun-13 — /Travel PR News/ — Always seeking to address the unique needs of traveling women, MGallery is excited to announce the launch of an exclusive collection of travel accessories developed by international style icon, Ines de la Fressange, global ambassador for the MGallery brand and its groundbreaking Inspired by Her program. The launch was held at the renowned Rotary Geneva Hotel, the first ever MGallery property, on the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of the Collection.

An exclusive range, designed by Ines de la Fressange

International fashion model, muse and entrepreneur, Ines de la Fressange has used her style savvy and creative flair to design an exclusive collection of travel accessories for MGallery hotels. Drawing on Ines de la Fressange’s personal experience, love of luxury and aesthetic sensibilities, the collection is both practical and beautiful – the perfect travel companion for women on the go.

Made in France, the 6-piece collection of leather accessories includes elegant essentials and clever must-haves comprising a luggage tag, jewelry case, pompom key chain, hand-mirror key chain, a handy bag hook and a nifty key finder for attaching to any handbag. Priced from €19 for the bag hook to €139 for the jewelry case, the collection will be on sale at MGallery Hotels around the world.

Beautifully crafted in striking cobalt blue Italian leather with contrasting rose gold details, each piece is imbued with a sense of sophistication and whimsy. “I have always appreciated the luxurious lining of haute couture clothing and certain fashion details that are barely noticeable but make all the difference. That’s what real luxury is about – something that gives you a little joy on a daily basis and a sense of delight each time you use it.” says Ines de la Fressange. “For me, it could be a nice wallet, a clever and chic keychain or a simple luggage tag. Like loyal companions, these pretty little objects join me when I travel and I like to be surrounded by pretty things wherever I go.”

In addition, Ines de la Fressange helped create a range of bathroom amenities that will be progressively rolled-out from September in MGallery properties worldwide. Developed to match customers’ high standards in terms of quality, the range is bound to delight both male and female travellers with its chic packaging and sublime scent. “I wanted to find a universal smell that would appeal to all kinds of customers, regardless of country or culture.” says Ines de la Fressange. “The almond has proved to be ideal, evoking multiple memories for everyone. It is a refined and unaggressive perfume.”

The amenities are eco-friendly and fully correspond to the Planet 21 Charter, AccorHotels Sustainable development program.
Branded “Ines de la Fressange, Paris” and decorated with a slightly retro blue and red motif, the range includes shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soap.

A champion of the female traveler

The embodiment of the discerning female globetrotter, Ines de la Fressange became the global ambassador for MGallery and it’s Inspired by Her program in 2017. Through this groundbreaking initiative, MGallery responds to and anticipates the demands of their clientele with exclusive services and special considerations throughout her stay. A recent MGallery survey conducted by IPSOS revealed that 86% of women surveyed – and 80% of men – favored a female-oriented hospitality program within a hotel.

As VP Global Marketing for MGallery, Yohan Amiot states “We noticed that details make all the difference to female travelers, and that they want the hotels to acknowledge their unique needs. Our collaboration with Ines de la Fressange on this gorgeous range of travel accessories is a wonderful example of how we continue to strive to make travel a much more pleasant experience for women.”

A reason to celebrate

The launch took place at the Hotel Rotary Geneva to mark the 10th Anniversary of MGallery. The first ever MGallery hotel, The Hotel Rotary Geneva is located in the city center and was originally converted into a hotel in 1976 by René Favre, an architect and collector of Geneva antiques. Brimming with a multitude of curiosities and carefully restored luxury objects, The Hotel Rotary Geneva was opened under the MGallery banner in 2008 and became a fitting debut for MGallery’s collection of storied boutique hotels, both inspiring and individually styled, where guests can be delighted by and fully discover the very best the world has to offer.

With more than 90 addresses worldwide, each singularly captivating and unique in its own right, these delightful locations provide guests with the feel of a boutique hotel experience.
