Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group announces the opening of its newest hotel, Mandarin Oriental Taipei

Hong Kong, 2014-5-21 — /Travel PR News/ — Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is delighted to announce the opening of its newest hotel, Mandarin Oriental, Taipei. Mandarin Oriental, Taipei celebrated its opening with an official ribbon cutting and reception for more than 250 VIPs. Cutting the ribbon to launch the hotel was the Mayor of Taipei City, Long-Bin Hau, Vice Premier of the Executive Yuan, Chi-kuo Mao, and celebrated Taiwanese actress, Brigitte Lin. They were joined by senior executives from Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group including Group Chief Executive, Edouard Ettedgui, Executive Vice President and Operations Director – Asia, Richard Baker and Hotel General Manager, Paul Jones together with the owner and developer of the hotel, Mr. Lin Ming-Chun, Chairman of Mandarina Crown Hotel Co. Ltd.
