MANCHESTER, UK, 2018-Aug-10 — /Travel PR News/ — Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, has increased the frequency on its new direct Manchester to Mumbai service, before the first plane has even taken off.
The airline will now offer five flights a week to the Indian city, giving people of the North increased flexibility and options. Flights will now depart on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Announced in May, Jet Airways will use an Airbus A330-200 on the route with Première (business) and economy classes.
Lydia Nazareth, General Manager UK & Ireland at Jet Airways said:

“Jet Airways is committed to deepening both commerce and tourism ties between the two countries. Expanding our flight frequency allows us to give further choice to business and leisure travellers heading to Mumbai from the North of England.
“Not only are we giving customers more choice when travelling to India, but our network of flights across India also connects Mumbai to multiple different destinations across the country.”

Jet Airways’ flight 9W 130 will depart from Mumbai at 0230 hrs (Local time) and will arrive in Manchester’s Terminal 2 at 0755 hrs (Local time). The return flight, 9W 129 will depart from Manchester at 0935 hrs (Local time) and arrive in Mumbai’s Terminal 2 at 0040 hrs (Local time).
Flights start on Monday 5th November with return economy fares from £389.
