Le Sirenuse Miami at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club recognized with 2 Forks by Gambero Rosso

Prestigious award recognises Surfside restaurant as one of the best Italian restaurants abroad

Surfside, Florida, U.S.A., 2020-Feb-27 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club announces that Le Sirenuse Miami has been awarded 2 Forks by Gambero Rosso in its first-ever Miami edition.

Gambero Rosso’s list serves as a digital guide to the best Italian restaurants around the world. The scores rank from one to three, adopting the same quintessential symbols used in Italy. Forks are the designation for fine dining establishments, shrimps for traditional restaurants, pizza slices for pizzerias and bottles for wine bars and enoteca. Authentic character, product traceability, purity of flavours, service and the depth and choice of the wine list are all important considerations. Those recognised for their achievements are curious and motivated, they are the forces behind Italian food service at the highest level and in all its forms.

Le Sirenuse Miami is helmed by Chef de Cuisine Antonio Mermolia, who is known for his creative vision and passion for bringing a simplistic Mediterranean flare to the Miami food scene. Chef Antonio brings a wealth of global experience to his role at Le Sirenuse conceived from previous culinary experience in both Italy and New York City. Located down The Surf Club’s restored and historic Peacock Alley, Le Sirenuse delivers southern Italian cuisine through time-honoured traditions and the dolce vita style long associated with the restaurant’s founding Sersale family and famed home base in Positano.

Chef Antonio Mermolia will continue to practice the art of sprezzatura at Le Sirenuse daily. Le Sirenuse is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 11:00 am, Mare Brunch from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm, dinner 6:00 to 11:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday Brunch from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.
