This marks the sixth Kimpton property in Mexico, joining other locations in Mexico City, Todos Santos, and Tulum.

Set to open in 2026, Kimpton Monterrey will be located within the Torre Rise, a new mixed-use development that will become the tallest tower in Latin America. This will be the sixth Kimpton property in Mexico.
Owned by Grupo Alora and operated by Marca Hotel Solutions, Kimpton Monterrey will offer 120 luxurious guestrooms and 60 private residences, marking IHG’s ongoing expansion in the branded residences sector. The property will feature stunning views of Monterrey’s cityscape, as well as the nearby Cerro de la Silla, Sierra Madre de Chipinque, and Cerro de las Mitras mountains. The hotel will provide a range of sophisticated amenities, including a wellness center with an indoor pool, sauna, and massage rooms. Guests can also enjoy dining and socializing at an on-site restaurant and a lobby lounge located on the 16th floor. The hotel will feature 1,244 square meters of event space for meetings and social events. Kimpton’s signature perks, such as the Kimpton Kickstart morning coffee, Kimpton Social evening social hour, and pet-friendly policies, will also be available to guests.
