Joyce Carter named President and CEO of Halifax International Airport Authority

Halifax, N.S., 2014-03-12 — /Travel PR News/ — Joyce Carter has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Halifax International Airport Authority (HIAA), effective March 11, 2014. The announcement was made today by Peter McDonough, Chair of HIAA’s Board of Directors.
