Jerome Astolfi appointed General Manager at Twist by Pierre Gagnaire, Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas

Hong Kong, 2013-08-06— /travelprnews.com/ — Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas is delighted to announce the appointment of Jerome Astolfi as General Manager at Twist by Pierre Gagnaire. Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas’ Forbes Five-Star restaurant is the only restaurant in the United States by the celebrated three-star Michelin chef, Pierre Gagnaire.

Prior to this post, Jerome was Restaurant General Manager at L’atelier de Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand Las Vegas. Jerome Astolfi began working in the hospitality industry at the age of 16, starting at La Ferme, a fine dining restaurant in Aubagne, France. In 1997, Astolfi received an Associate Degree from the Hotel and Restaurant Management Technical College of Marseille Bonneveine. He attended the Superior Institute of Marseille Cadenelle and graduated in 1999 with a BA in International Trade and Business. In San Diego, Astolfi managed and opened a number of the city’s finest restaurants, working as General Manager, Sommelier and consultant. Restaurants included Flavor Del Mar & SIP Wine Bar and Market Restaurant & Bar.
