• Pan Seared Duck Breast, red pibil, black beans, pickled pearl onion
• Pan Seared Scallop, celery root, kale salsa verde, charred grapes, osetra caviar
• Beet Tetela, almond ricotta, black beans, black truffle, almon mole

• Chocolate Heart, salted caramel, chocolate flourless sponge, hazelnut gelato
