From the Japanese culinary team at Nagisa Izakaya Dining Experience, 4 new authentic dishes are now added to the previous line-up consisting of sushi rolls, donburi, and bento. These novel selections feature delicious creations of noodles such as Yakisoba & Yakiudon Bento, Yakitori Bento from the famous robatayaki counter, as well as Spicy Chicken Wing Karaage – beloved Japanese comfort food with a twist of hot seasoning.
At Giorgio Italian Ristorante Pizzeria, guests will be spoiled with 6 International varieties that go beyond its famed traditional Italian cuisine. The new flavors explore the eastern part of the globes with delectable creations such as Beef Loc Lac (stir-fried black pepper Angus beef tenderloin), Ikan Bakar Sambal Matah (grilled local island reef fish with Balinese spices), Kaeng Phed Ped Yang (Thai spicy duck curry), Seafood Black Pepper (wok-fried local seafood and vegetables), including Vegetarian Rolled Eggplant for those who prefer a plant-based diet.
Aligned with the hotel’s commitment to applying a more sustainable approach in creating memorable experiences for the guests, most of the new recipes were created using locally sourced products that help in cutting carbon footprints and supporting the livelihood of the local communities in Bali. Delivery orders are also packaged in environmentally friendly containers made of food-grade bagasse and kraft papers.
