Incheon, South Korea, 2015-2-16 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Companies were selected as the final choice for duty free shop at Incheon Airport.
Hotel Lotte, Hotel Shilla and Shinsegae Group have won the bid to operate duty free shops at Incheon International Airport on February 11. New operators will run the shops at Incheon Airport duty-free zone, the world’s best duty free shop in sales, from the second half of this year until 2020.
Out of 12 areas up for the bid, Hotel Lotte won four sections, Hotel Shilla, three, and Shinsegae won 1 section.
Hotel Shilla and Hotel Lotte are currently operating shops at the airport and joined the bid to extend their contracts. Shinsegae will be a new contractor. Out of 4 sections allotted to small- and medium-sized companies, only Charmzone, a domestic cosmetic maker, obtained the rights to run their shops.
