Hotel ICON invites food lovers to a celebration of Korea at The Market

Hong Kong, 2015-10-28 — /Travel PR News/ — This November, Hotel ICON is delighted to welcome noted Korean Chef H.S . Ahm and her team from the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas to The Market to showcase a wide range and variety of authentic Korean cuisine. This will be available to our guests from 2nd to 22nd November 2015.

Chef Ahm began her culinary journey in 1999 at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas where she obtained the Junior Master and C.O.P Chef Training professional qualifications. In 2012, Chef Ahm joined The World Association of Chef’s Societies Event and won the silver award.

Chef Ahm will showcase her talent during the lunch and dinner buffet period with nearly 20 authentic Korean dishes on offer for food lovers, including:

• Yukjoe, Korean Beef Tartare using the most tender beef eye mixed with various kinds of seasoning
• TteokBokki, Stir fried rice cake with spicy sauce
• For the sweet tooth, don’t miss the Tteok, assorted rice cake and Korean drink Sujeonggwa (Cinnamon punch) and Omija-hwachae (Omija punch)

Note: These traditional Korean cuisines will be served from 2 nd to 22nd November 2015 at The Market during lunch and dinner.
