To further enhance the unique dining experience, GREEN is serving up a new “Sweet Autumn” afternoon tea set only from 27 October to 30 November 2015.
Hotel ICON’s Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho has designed a set of authentic fresh savories and pastries perfect for the autumn season. Seven kinds of savory treats include thick-cut Smoked Salmon, Mushroom Vol-au-vent with Cajun Shrimp, Cherry Tomato stuffed with Pesto Mozzarella, Crudités with Bloody Mary, Foie Gras Truffle, and Duck Confit on Toast.
Continuing with a collection of irresistible desserts including Hazelnut Chocolate Tart, Earl Grey Chocolate, Tiramisu, Blueberry Cheese with Crumble, Mango Mousse with Framboise and Lemon Meringue Tart. This afternoon tea set is a refreshing choice for sweet autumn.

With talent and tenacity, Chef Danny oversees all pastry and bakery operations at the hotel. A Malaysian, he is known for his mastery of French pastries.
