Hong Kong, 2015-10-27 — /Travel PR News/ — Above & Beyond, Hotel ICON’s Chinese fine dining restaurant, will be hosting an exclusive wine dinner on 13 November 2015 with an 8-course menu, pairing five Frence Côtes du Rhône.
It is our honour to host Master of Wine, Simon Field, who will present this prestigious line up of five Côtes du Rhône wines from 2007 to 2012 including an elegant Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2007, Côte-Rôtie Cuvée Classique ‘Ampodium’ Domaine Rene Rostaing 2009, Domaine des Sénéchaux Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2011, Condrieu Domaine Yves Gangloff 2011, and St. Joseph Pierre Gonon 2012.
In addition, this wine-tasting journey will be accompanied with a tailor-made 8-course menu masterminded by our Above & Beyond Chinese Culinary team which includes Crispy Scallop with Sesame and Shrimp Mousse served with Crab Meat and Cucumber Salad, Crispy Bean Curd Sheet stuffed with Shredded Duck, Poached Spinach and Tomato in Mineral Water, Baked Pork Ribs in Strawberry Sauce and more.
