CHONGQING, China – 2012-11-15 — /travelprnews.com/ — The traditional slogan “Le Beaujolais nouveau est arrivé!” is gradually becoming popular all over the world, in order to bring the brand new wine experience to Chongqing, Hilton Chongqing will hold Beaujolais Nouveau Wine Tasting & evening party on the 16th of November 2012. Mr. Jean-Philippe Jacopin, general manager, Hilton Chongqing said “the true beauty about Beaujolais nouveau is that it is an easy-drink wine with red fruits and banana taste and is perfect to go with Asian cuisine. I believe it will definitely please the taste of wine enthusiasts.”
This new wine is made in Beaujolais region located at the southern area of Burgundy in France. Different from general wine brewing process, Beaujolais nouveau is made from Gamay harvested in the same year; it has a unique character which tastes fruity, fresh, light and soft.
Every year, Beaujolais Nouveau is released on the third Thursday of November, by law, it can be shipped prior to that date but the importers and distributors cannot deliver any of the wine until 12:01 a.m. or later on the third Thursday.
The Beaujolais Nouveau 2012 Wine Tasting & evening party at Hilton Chongqing will last for nearly 4 hours with Champêtre French buffet, free flow of Beaujolais Nouveau wine and singer & instrument performance; wine enthusiasts should not miss this wonderful feast.
