Hebron, KY, 2015-8-24 — /Travel PR News/ — Graeter’s will soon open a fully remodeled store at CVG. The Graeter’s store, to be located near gate A-13, will offer hand dipped ice cream, pastries, candies, milkshakes and sundaes.

Passengers will be able to sit and enjoy a sweet treat in the approximately 650 square foot location. The new location is scheduled to open in Spring 2016. Graeter’s opened a kiosk in Concourse A in April 2013 and added an additional kiosk in Concourse B in December 2013.

“As the front door to the community, we strive to offer our passengers to best the region has to offer.  Graeter’s is a local institution,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. “We are eager for Graeter’s to expand their offerings at CVG.”

“As a family owned and operated business that’s been based in Cincinnati since we began more than 145 years ago we’re thrilled to be able to share our French Pot craft ice cream with travelers from around the globe as they enter into Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport!,” says Chip Graeter, fourth-generation owner, Graeter’s Ice Cream.

Founded in 1870, Graeter’s is a Cincinnati brand icon. Known nationally for its famous French Pot ice cream, Graeter’s is one of the oldest continually family-owned ice cream makers in the country. Learn more about Graeter’s.
