Canberra, Australia, 2013-02-04 — /travelprnews.com/ — The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA)—the voice of the global business travel industry – today announced that the inaugural Government Travel Symposium has sold out for delegate attendees.
The Symposium will open on Tuesday March 5th with the Fundamentals of Business Travel Management Education and Buyer-Sponsor networking and follows by five dedicated education sessions created for this unique market.
GBTA Chair, Chris Telfer – Australian Federal Police , stated “GBTA AUS/NZ has recognised that managing private sector travel is quite different from our corporate counterparts. By having this stand alone symposium GBTA have formulated a programme, together with input from government travel managers and industry experts that will hopefully close the learning gap. A sold out event clearly shows that an event of its kind has been required for this market.”
Those wishing to go on a waitlist or seeking more information can contact GBTA AUS/NZ on +61 2 9456 4470 or visit gbta.org/aus-nz.
