Four Seasons Resort Seychelles welcomes Dr. Deepu Vijayan Latha Kumari as its Naturopathic Doctor and Wellness Consultant

Specialist in naturopathy will offer one-to-one consultations to create personalised programs of wellbeing

Seychelles, Africa, 2019-Feb-18 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Resort Seychelles has appointed Dr. Deepu Vijayan Latha Kumari as Naturopathic Doctor and Wellness Consultant to join the team of the award-winning hilltop Spa. As a fully qualified yoga instructor, Dr. Deepu’s expertise will complement the Resort’s existing wellness program, while also introducing new offerings of dietary advice, acupuncture and naturopathy.

As part of his new role, Dr. Deepu will provide complimentary ten minute consultations to all guests, during which he will assess an individual’s needs in order to prescribe the most tailored spa and yoga experiences, complemented by recommendations for herbal remedies, plus dietary and exercise advice, all of which may be formulated into a tailored program of well-being for any Resort stay.  Guests will also have the option to book a longer, more in-depth consultation, which will include a pulse check, iridology and a more detailed understanding of their individual goals to incorporate into the resulting wellness recommendations.

“Dr. Deepu is able to draw on a wealth of both medical and wellness knowledge to offer expert advice and guidance to all of our guests, no matter if they are seeking to simply unwind, disconnect or have a more serious health or lifestyle issue they would like to address,” says Sandie Johannessen, Senior Spa Director. “Every program will be developed to best suit an individual’s needs and may be adjusted to suit length of stay and preferred participation.”

The appointment of a resident Naturopathic Doctor serves to further complement the wellness offerings at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, with no less than eight world-renowned wellness practitioners partaking in the 2019 Visiting Masters Program to provide private consultations and expert insights to guests over a number of two-week periods throughout the year.

Featuring a total of eighth treatment rooms, a beauty salon, relaxation area and hilltop yoga pavilion, the Spa at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles offers a choice of signature rituals, massages, facials, body treatments and more, and is open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
