Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley launches Bay Area’s only Virtual Events Studio

Live and recorded events come to life at the Bay Area’s only broadcast studio in a hotel

Palo Alto, Silicon Valley, U.S.A., 2020-Nov-25 — /Travel PR News/ — At the forefront of technology and innovation for meetings and events, Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto introduces the Bay Area’s only Virtual Events Studio. Featuring a LED Stage and BackDrop Pro Stage, the state-of-the-art solution was created with the Hotel’s clients’ needs in mind to engage and connect with people and businesses, while remaining physically distant.

“As the world pivoted in-person events and collaborations to virtual meetings, we saw businesses, even schools and family celebrations move online. Video fatigue quickly followed,” says Noelia Roblero, Assistant Director of Events, Catering. “We recognised the need to provide a solution to take virtual meetings and events to a whole new level.”

Partnering with audio visual experts PSAV Encore, the Hotel transformed a section of its Ballroom into two dynamic stages that transform one-dimensional chats and conferences to a new way of communicating.

The professionally built, custom set includes intelligent, studio-quality lighting; broadcast-quality cameras and audio; bespoke backdrops; a green room for presenters; and a 24-foot (7.3 metre) LED screen allowing brands to come to life like never before.

“It’s hard to describe of the first time I walked into the Virtual Events Studio, and the LED screen was completely lit up. I was speechless,” continues Roblero. “This option elevates virtual events to new heights, providing a cinematic experience to capture the attention of any audience. When paired with our existing hybrid meeting options, we truly offer the ultimate in connectivity.”

Unique to the Hotel’s Virtual Events Studio, clients also have access to modern, luxury accommodations; the ability to infuse innovative California cuisine from Chef Martín Morelli to their meeting; and the Hotel’s services and amenities at their fingertips.
