Palo Alto, Silicon Valley, U.S.A. – 2012-10-24 — /travelprnews.com/ — The lights of Silicon Valley will shine brightly as Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto rings in the 2012 holiday season with its annual Tree Lighting Celebration. The Tree Lighting will be held on Monday, November 26 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
The celebration will be filled with the joyous voices of East Palo Alto’s Brentwood Academy, and sweetened with seasonal nibbles and treats. Throughout the event, holiday characters and activities will abound, providing perfect backdrops for festive photos.
The Hotel will also continue its tradition of delivering a message of hope to children in need, by working with My New Red Shoes and the US Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. Community members are encouraged to enliven the spirit of the holidays with the donation of new, unwrapped toys for local tots, a new pair of shoes for school aged children, or the purchase of a raffle ticket to benefit local children in need. The toy and shoe drive will kick off during the tree lighting ceremony, and continue through December 7. Raffle tickets can be purchased throughout the Tree Lighting event.
Following the celebration, guests are invited to dine in Quattro for supper or Intermezzo for family style shared plate dining. Reservations are recommended.
